UCCs

Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) is a code of laws governing various commercial transactions.
A UCC gives notice to the public that the secured party has an interest in the personal property of a debtor. UCC’s are liens placed on collateral (equipment, accounts receivable, etc) that normally cannot be titled or deeded (automobiles, aircraft, boats, real estate, etc).
With over 4,300 filing offices across the United States, it is not always easy to determine if your corporate interests are “free and clear” of potential claims. Our research coordinators utilize an array of tools to provide accurate information nationwide.

We allow you to effortlessly search for UCCs & tax liens, retrieve copies, and submit UCCs for filing. Capitol Lien can locate liens by debtor name or file number, then customize our findings to suit your specific business requirements.
