Database Direct:
Database Direct is our information database for UCCs & Tax liens filed with the Central Filing Index in Minnesota. We also have an image library for both Minnesota and Wisconsin UCCs/Federal tax liens.
This database has been an in-house tool for us since 1998. We run parallel name searches against the Central Filing Index (Minnesota only) using our broader search logic and enhanced business debtor name variations. In 2003, we began offering this resource to our clients as a "Do it Yourself" (DIY) search system. Our clients can perform name searches for UCCs and Tax liens at a nominal fee. Requested copies of UCCs and tax liens found can be instantly downloaded.
In 2009, we began offering our Wisconsin image library. This library contains UCCs and Federal tax liens filed with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institution (DFI). Once a search is performed on the DFI website, images needed can be obtained through Database Direct at the touch of a button! Images not immediately available through Database Direct will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours.
