  Any combination of the below searches, ordered at the same time, with results plotted on a spreadsheet report, along with a single invoice and narrative report encompassing results. Typically, the package can save an average of 10% over standard pricing.

• UCCs

  UCCs

  A UCC search is a five year search of all active records (includes terminated UCCs since 7/2001). We provide a listing of all active/terminated* UCCs with all copies of documents. This does not include fixture filings. (A separate real-estate search needs to be conducted and an address or legal description must be provided.)

  * Please note: Terminated UCC’s are still considered to be an ACTIVE filing, and will only be considered inactive after its natural lapse date has passed.

• Federal and State Tax Liens

  Federal and State Tax Liens

  A tax lien search is a ten-year search of all "active" records (defined as no release/satisfaction on record). We supply a listing of unreleased tax liens with copies.

  ** Note: Be sure to check for tax liens in every jurisdiction that the taxpayer has ever had an address. The IRS has no obligation to file a notice of lien in the county of a new address. So the taxpayer might move to a new jurisdiction, however the notice of lien will remain in effect at the old location.

  Example: If XYZ corporation originally had its business in Hennepin County, but then moved offices and now has its current principal business office in Washington County, it would be prudent to search for tax liens in both counties to determine if there are any active Tax liens on record.

• Judgment Lien Search

  Judgment Lien Search

  Ten year search of all "active" (defined as no release/satisfaction on record) judgment liens against personal property. Typically filed with the county where the judgment debtor resides. A judgment lien against personal property of the judgment debtor is typically effective against property upon which a security interest may be perfected, such as accounts receivable, chattel paper, equipment, farm products, and negotiable documents of title (although some states exclude certain property such as motor vehicles and inventory of retail merchant held for sale).

• Civil Judgment Search

  Ten-year search of all open judgments (unsatisfied) where the debtor is listed as "defendant" in the county requested. This is performed only at the county court level in most states, although some jurisdictions have town levels or superior courts as well. We provide copies of dockets for cases that meet above criteria (where available).

  Ten-year search of all open cases where the debtor is listed as "defendant" in the county requested. This search is performed only at the county court level in most states, although some jurisdictions have town levels or superior courts as well. • Criminal Records

  Ten-year search of all criminal records in the courts that govern the county requested. This search is performed only at the county court level in most states, although some jurisdictions have town levels or superior courts as well. We provide copies of dockets for cases that meet above criteria (where available).

• Bankruptcy

  Ten-year search of all bankruptcy records in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court division that governs the county requested. We provide copies of the docket for cases filed within the ten year period.

• National Database Search

  National Database Search

  This search includes all available public adverse records (UCC, tax liens, judgments, pending civil, bankruptcy and criminal records) in all available jurisdictions nationwide (state, local, federal) where available on this database. This is a good tool for obtaining a "snapshot" of what a debtor may be involved in outside of their city/state of residence. It is good companion to a hands-on search of the records in areas where the debtor has resided or conducted business.
