Database Direct is the Capitol Lien Records and Research, Inc. in-house Minnesota Central Index UCC/Tax Lien database.  We purchase and upload the data and images from the Minnesota Secretary of State to our system weekly.  You are charged on a "per search" basis.  There are no contracts to sign, subscriptions to purchase or accounts to maintain.

The charge is only $3.00 per name searched and $0.50 per page copy cost.  You are able to print most of your UCC images instantaneously to the PC.  We bill you every 30 days.  You may view your itemized account charges at any time online, 24/7/365.

Our Database Direct system has a broad-based search logic, and unique to our system are over 200 business name equivalents (i.e. "Mfg" v. "Manufacturing"), as well as an improved and larger database of first name equivalents.  These enhancements enable the user to see more potential "hits", as well as help uncover otherwise "hidden" liens.
